Let there be light

1

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God moved on the face of the waters.

3 And God said, let there be light; and there was light.

4 And God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness.

5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.

If you take a good look at chapter 1 of Genesis, where creation is discussed, a description is given of how the earth was in the beginning. God was watching his work to shape it to completion and the first thing he said about it was: Let there be light. The first thing that the Creator put in this beautiful place that He wanted to inherit us, was the light. After inserting the light, he then completed the rest of the work. It was from the light that everything changed and from where everything was transformed.

Later in the scripture, in John 8:12, Jesus spoke to his disciples saying: I am the light of the world, he who follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.

I don’t know if you can understand this, but today I want you to notice that the answer is in the light. From the arrival of the light, everything changes. There is nothing more powerful than this truth. Because, certainly, when Jesus arrives, nothing can remain the same. It is from the light where all emptiness, all disorder, all darkness goes.

So today you have to take this word for yourself. Today, begin by declaring: Let there be light. At this time we seem to be surrounded by dense darkness, today the streets and many things are empty, today there seems to be disorder and many things out of control. But you have the authority to declare over all that: Let there be light. Today we declare, be the light on all illness, be the light on all fear, be the light on all darkness in any area of our lives, be the light on all emptiness, be the light on all anxiety, be the light on all worry that overwhelms us. Come on, today you can declare be the light, Jesus is the light, and when you declare be the light, you are declaring his presence and his power to transform everything that needs his intervention today. Take ownership of that word, believe it and declare it. The manifestation of light will come with the surprising, the inexplicable, the unusual, as only Jesus can do. You have to believe it, come on, let there be light on you today. Blessings.
