Obvious

We typically use logic to judge how things should be done or how things should work. There are things that, from our point of view or our way of understanding, must be done in one way or another. We classify people into groups, we judge if they are qualified to do one thing or another, we disqualify or qualify people at our discretion, we criticize and even judge when we think that someone should not be doing or exercising in any position, among other things that seem obvious to our judgment.

In the same way we think about the things of the Lord and even understand that God works as we think and calls his elect as we would. In fact, in the same way, we ourselves disqualify ourselves many times in the things that God has called us to do, because we do not see in us the ability to operate or function within it. How many leaders and pastors, likewise, treat one of its members with less validity for the same reasons?

But the truth is that God does not work in what at our discretion seems logical or obvious. Quite the opposite. He acts in the unexpected, in the unusual, in what seems to make no sense, in what is not common. He chooses the people you disqualify and cast aside. Maybe when you least expect it, God ends up surprising you with something or someone you would never have contemplated.

Therefore, do not close, do not limit yourself. Do not let your mind discard you or discard the magnitude of possibilities that exist only in God. His word says that his ways and his thoughts are not ours, his are higher. But even so, He wants us to seek to have his thoughts and walk in his ways. That is the way we are going to do everything through his love, which is what allows you to see the finished work of God in each life and operate in faith, which is what connects you to eternity to do everything for Him and in Him. Don’t limit yourself to the obvious, let God’s supernatural surprise you. Blessings.
