Take your place

The word you may need to hear at this time is “grace.” Many refuse to speak of grace because they often see it as debauchery, as the license to sin. Could not be farther from the truth. When you begin to know grace, you realize that behind it there is only one name: JESUS. The grace is Jesus, Jesus is the grace. When man lived in his fallen nature due to Adam’s sin, God looked among men for someone to put himself in the gap, but he says that he did not find him: “I looked for someone who could rebuild the wall of justice” – Ezekiel 22: 30. When you read these verses and begin to understand the word of God and his wonderful plan, you realize that God’s desire has never been destruction, his longing has always been a relationship with his creation. He wants you and me to be and live like what He designed from the beginning, his children. Jesus prayed to the Father and asked: “… that they all be one, just as you and I are one … and that they be in us” – John 17:21. The longing of his heart was far from destroying and punishing man, on the contrary, it was to make us one with Him. Jesus was God’s perfect plan to achieve that, his work restored man to his original position in this plan. Jesus brought us from death to life, so He is the resurrection and the life. It is not a religion that came to bring us, but a relationship of love, of family by uniting ourselves with Him and with one another in the same body, in the same spirit.

Ephesians 2: 6 says that: “TOGETHER with him he raised us up, and likewise (in the same way, likewise) HE MADE US SIT in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. This speaks of grace, he did nothing because you or I did something to deserve or earn it, and he did it out of the pure affection of his will (Ephesians 1: 5).

Where do I want to take you? I long for you to see clearly that the finished work of Jesus is accessible to you, no matter who you are. You were seated in the chair together with Jesus and blessed with every blessing that Jesus has already conquered for you. That’s what grace is all about, what Jesus has already accomplished and you just have to receive it. He achieved salvation for you, you don’t have to buy it, just acknowledge him as your savior. Health has reached you, what are you doing fighting with disease? It gave us the power to bind and untie, what are you doing struggling and wearing yourself out with every situation? If today you see yourself in a continuous fight, you feel tired, without strength, hopeless, it is very possible that you are not occupying your chair, in which they made you sit. You were created to rule with Jesus, it is not heresy, the Bible says so. You have a chair in heavenly places, where there is no defeat, no fatigue, and no illness. The promises of the Bible are here and now, not in a future life. The kingdom is here to be lived and manifested through us. Come, sit in the chair, if you do not occupy it you will see yourself struggling to exhaustion, trying to achieve what Jesus has already achieved for you. Today He is calling you to rest, take your place, and sit in the chair. Blessings.

  1. Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this website.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness
and visual appearance. I must say you have done a very good job with this.
Additionally, the blog loads extremely fast for me on Safari.
    Superb Blog!
