What can I say?

Every day I receive, through the messaging applications, prayers that have been running everywhere for us all to join in a chain prayer for the world. I am glad to know that there is an awakening to recognize where our help comes from. As the word in Psalm 121 says: My help comes from Jehovah, who made heaven and earth. And if there is any place to turn to now, it is only Him. It is beautiful to see the unity to pray for our world, for our countries, for our families, in short, for everyone.

The reality is that we are all overwhelmed with this and perhaps automatically, our prayer has turned into a continual plea. But the question is: has this situation taken God unawares? Could He have been sitting on his throne distracted and suddenly he looked and said: look, a virus is invading the earth? What can surprise God? What can catch him off guard? Any of our situations as a result of this event? Doesn’t the word say that even the hairs on our heads are numbered? What could we say to God that He does not know about all this?

He not only knew when this would begin, but he also knows when it will end and what will happen next. He knows everything. So within all this situation, I have understood that there must be a change of prayer. I have chosen to have only a time of worship that allows me to only see (focus) Him and nothing else. No matter how much I worry, my concern will not change anything, my worship will definitely come as a pleasant smell before his presence and will transform any situation and atmosphere. So I just ask Him to tell me what He wants to say to me in the midst of all this. “More than being able to ask or tell you anything, Lord, I want to hear what you want to tell me.”

In the midst of all this situation I invite you to ask him too, what He wants to tell you. There are many things that the Spirit wants to share for this time, are your ears ready to hear what He wants to say to you today? He who has ears,  hear what the Spirit says to his children.
